She understands the unique pressures faced by small business owners, including the emotional demands of decision-making, financial uncertainty and balancing the needs of both the business and the people within it. Working from a strengths-based, person-centred approach, Meg partners with clients to develop practical strategies that support wellbeing, resilience and sustainable business outcomes. Her focus is on helping clients navigate challenges, build confidence and make decisions that align with their personal and business goals.
